I hate flying.  I don't do it.  I avoid it at all costs.  My husband on the other hand, he flies a few times a year.  He can't avoid it.  He has tried but his company refuses to allow him to drive to certain meetings.  Rude, right?! He always complains about how uncomfortable it is.  Mostly because he is on a crop duster which is the size of a mini van.  A Prius has more leg room.

I posted earlier about a wireless Bluetooth speaker that I received recently to try.  The company was kind enough to provide me with 2 different models to try.  In addition to the speaker I discussed earlier I also tried out the Liztek Ultra-Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker . 

This speaker is similar in many ways to the speaker that I discussed earlier.  The Liztek Ultra-Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker  is a very powerful yet portable wireless speaker that connects to any Bluetooth enabled device to play music.  The speaker also has an aux jack allowing you to connect devices that are not Bluetooth capable.  The speaker is powered by a rechargeable battery and will play for up to 6 hours. 

This small little speaker packs a ton of power.  The sound quality and volume are much more than one would expect from something so tiny.  The portability of this speaker makes it excellent for use in the home as well as outdoors, while camping or just lounging around the pool.  The speaker works up to 33 feet away from the Bluetooth device and allows for listening to music while the device storing your music is charging or safely indoors away from the outdoor fun.  My kids know that I will not replace a cell phone that they drop into the pool or river.  Now they can safely listen to music from their phone while the phone is far away from the water.

Music is always playing in my house.  I have 2 larger tower speakers that I connect my phone to when I am cleaning but they are not very portable.  It's not worth the hassle of moving them.  I listen to my music on speaker phone but it's not very loud and most of the time I am not able to hear it over what I am doing.

I was very excited to try out the Liztek Wireless Bluetooth Speaker.  It seemed to be exactly what I needed..something small, portable and powerful.  This speaker is very simple to connect to any Bluetooth enabled device.   The sound quality is excellent. I love that it connects up to 33 away.  I can connect my phone and leave it in one room while I am in another with the speaker working.  The speaker also has a jack and can be connected to devices that are not Bluetooth capable.  The speaker phone addition is something that I didn't think would be used often but I actually really enjoy it.  I am able to carry on a conversation while typing or doing things that don't allow for a free hand.  It is much easier to hear than the speaker phone option on the phone itself. 

My husband has also used the Liztek Wireless Bluetooth Speaker but in a much different way.  He enjoys hunting when he is able to escape work.  He has an app on his phone of deer calls.  It is not very loud so he connected the speaker to his phone and now plays the calls through the Liztek Wireless Bluetooth Speaker.  It works perfectly for him.

My kids are not exactly what you would call the outdoor type.  We live in Mississippi, it's hotter than he** in the shade on a cloudy day with a breeze blowing. You can't blame them for wanting to stay inside as much as possible.  The boy kid loves his bike but he doesn't ride it as often as he would like simply because it's so hot.  He rides it inside more than he does outside.  He always wants to go outside and play once it gets dark and cools off some but there aren't many games to play at night. 

We recently added the Longest Lasting Super Bright Rim Lights to his bike.  The lights are very simple to install.  They simply screw onto the valve stem on the tires.  It takes a total of 45 seconds to add them to a bicycle.  I don't know where I expected them to go on the bike but I did expect them to be harder to install than they were.  After adding them to his bike we all went outside and watched.  He absolutely LOVES that his bike lights up while he is riding.  The lights are actually very useful. I don't allow him to ride on the road but he does ride on our driveway.  I don't like him to do that unless an adult is outside because I worry a car may pull in and hit him before they see him.  I still don't let him go by himself but I no longer worry that someone will pull in the driveway and not see him. 

Being the rednecks that we are we decided to go a bit further.  This package comes with multiple sets of lights so....we added one set to my daughter's 4-wheeler.  Yes, I know...  redneck.  It was actually really cool!  The lights are very bright and we could see her glowing as she rode through the field. 

The kids have really enjoyed the Longest Lasting Super Bright Rim Lights.  Adults will also enjoy them on their bikes or other "big kid" toys.  They are very cool looking and also provide a little extra visibility which is always a good thing when you are riding at night.

I am ALWAYS looking for a charger.  If I am not, someone in my house is.  They seem to vanish.  If they don't disappear we have the issue of the cables breaking or the dreaded "not compatible" error.  I can't count how many chargers I have purchased.  Always Apple certified cables but I still end up with issues. 

I recently began using the Lifeguard Lightning Cable to charge my iPhone.  Since all chargers seem to work perfectly in the beginning I was not too impressed when this one initially worked perfectly.  I have been using it for over a month and I have not had any problems at all.  This cable is not showing any wear on the end like all of my others have.  I have also not received any error messages or had any difficulty with charging my phone.  This cable is much longer than the cable included with my iPhone.  It is great having a cord that is a little longer.  I am able to read the occasional email on my phone while it is charging if I need to. 

The Lifeguard Lightning Cable is priced less than most gas station chargers and has worked so much better for me.  It  is great to have a cable that I can depend on and no I longer worry it will leave me with an error message instead of power when I am out and about.

Another great product from Instanatural.  I am really hooked on this brand.  I have not tried anything from this company that I do not absolutely LOVE!  The product that I most recently tried is the seaweed kelp powder.

I will let you know first thing that this product doesn't have the most beautiful fragrance but, it is seaweed.  Keeping that in mind the smell is not horrible either.  I have read that several people have added scented oils to the powder to make the smell more pleasant.  Personally, it hasn't bothered me.  The scent isn't absorbed into your skin so once you rinse it off the scent is gone.  Now, on to more pleasant things..  Seaweed powder has many uses.  I have researched some ways that it can be used.  I have used it as a facial mask and as a body wrap.  There is a recipe on the label directing you on exactly how to make the wrap.  It is actually very simple.  The Instanatural Seaweed Kelp Powder is sold in a 1.5 lb jar which is a ton of powder.  I have gotten several applications from this jar and still have a large amount left. 

When I applied it to my face as a mask I noticed a decrease in the size of my pores.  I am a little self conscious about the size of my pores on my cheeks.  They aren't very noticeable to anyone other than me but it still bugs me.  After the first use I was able to notice a decrease in the size.  I was also able to notice a difference after the first time I used the product as a wrap.  It was not a huge difference on the first use but I was still very pleased.  Seaweed works to remove impurities from the body and also to extract excess water.  My skin was extremely soft after the initial use.  It felt like I had used a body scrub.
