Why didn't I think of this?! I can't even begin to count the number of times that I have started to make muffins for breakfast and realized that I didn't have any liners.  I love liners; they make clean up so easy.  They kids love them too.  They seem to eat more when their food is packaged in cute and colorful liners.  All of those mornings should have set off a little light bulb in my head to create a reusable baking cup, but they didn't. Fortunately, someone has done just that.

Buying liners isn't expensive.  It's around $1.00 for a couple dozen but that does add up after a while.  The most frustrating part is running out and not realizing it.  Thankfully, I no longer have that issue.  I am now frugal and environmentally friendly all at the same time.  :)  I have one muffin pan.  There have been several times that I could have used more but I have just never bought another.  With the 24 Grazia Baking Cups a muffin pan is optional.  These cups are sturdy and can be filled and placed on a cookie sheet.  They are strong enough to hold their shape when filled.  I LOVE this!  I can bake 2 dozen cupcakes or muffins and I don't have to even have a muffin pan.  The cups are very well made and durable.  I have used them several times and they show no wear! They are very easy to clean.  Clean up is much easier than cleaning a regular muffin pan. Food slides right out of the liner and no cooking spray is required because the liners are nonstick.  The cups do not contain BPA or any harmful chemicals that can be released during use.  I have even used them to serve ice cream.
